Welcome to Zip b&b, my home.
Zip is located in an ideal position to visit the city by foot. Zip offers the experience of an informal stay in a house enriched by Italian design and surrounded by the most important city monuments. The house is on the third floor of a well-lit and ventilated building, The cheerful and modern Zip b&b looks out on the Church of Santa Maria Novella, and is just 200 meters from the Central Station, and 300 meters from the Duomo. It is a small two-room b&b with all the comforts.
I live in the same apartment which I personally remodeled and the Zip contains furniture and objects which are part of my personal and professional life.
I will be available to welcome you, prepare your breakfast, and give advice if you desire. In short, this is an authentic b&b experience with a contemporary flavor.

CHECK IN/OUT
Check-in: from 13:00 to 20:00, , always communicating the arrival time
Check-out: by 10:00
Late check-out: from h 20:00 to 22:00 with a supplementary charge of 20 euros, from h 22:00 to 24:00 with supplement of 30 euros.
Luggage: you may leave your luggage at the Zip both prior to your check-in (as long as it is after 9:00 AM) and after your check-out, except in rare occasions in which I will inform you. Should this occur, there is a baggage deposit just a few minutes away from the Zip by foot at the Santa Maria Novella train station.
BREAKFAST
The buffet breakfast is served starting at 8:00 AM and consumed comfortably in the room.
I prepare a varied breakfast and attempt to change something every day in the hopes of pleasing my guests who remain more than one day. Let me know if you need a gluten free breakfast.
MIAO and BAU

They are not allowed to enter the guest rooms, even when they are unoccupied, but, of course, the cats use the portion of the house where I live and the common areas.
I have already hosted some allergic guests and, almost always, they have not had any kind of disturbance. If you want to come to the Zip, but you have some problem with the cats, let me know, I will try to do all I can in order to minimize the risk of some discomfort.

I am Elena, owner and factotum of the Zip. I am an architect converted to hospitality and Zip is also my home. When I renovated, I tried to make it able to be comfortable for you and for me by guaranteeing the necessary privacy to everyone. I am a sociable and friendly person. I love creativity and good manners.
